Who am I?
I am an experienced HR consultant based in the Perth Hills, specialising in HR and business support for small and medium businesses across Australia. I work with businesses who want practical, compliant HR support, without hiring an internal HR manager.
With over a decade of hands-on experience in human resources and recruitment across both the private and public sectors, I’ve developed a practical, solutions-focused approach that delivers real value to growing businesses. My background includes working in internal HR roles where I partnered with leaders on everything from workforce strategy to performance management, complex employee relations, and compliance with Fair Work legislation.
I now bring that knowledge to small and medium businesses who may not have an in-house HR team but still need expert, trustworthy advice.
